XP AntiSpyware 2010 uses many different types of system warnings and alerts to trick people into believing it's a legitimate security software.
Above is a fake Window Security Center that shows Virus Protection turned off, and recommends activating XPAntispyware 2010. The system alert in the lower right corner give a warning that you may have a spyware infection and your data security may be compromised sensitive data can be stolen. Once clicked on this security alert will ask you to activate or buy XP Antispyware 2010.
Above is an example of a fake alert stating the system is infected with multiple infections and requests the user to "Register" XPAntiSpyware 2010" in other words - pay for the product.
Above is another fake alert stating the PC is being hacked. If you were to click "Yes" to block the attack, it will take you to a web page to buy XPAntiSpyware2010.
Above is a fake Windows alert, This alert is made to look like it's a Windows based alert and recommends purchasing or "Activating" XP Antispyware 2010.
XP Antispyware 2010 is just an elaborate scam that steals money from unsuspecting and gullible PC users who fall for these fake alerts and warnings.
