SecureKeeper

SecureKeeper is a fake antispyware program, also known as rogue antispyware. SecureKeeper is a scam, designed to rip people off.

Once SecureKeeper infects a PC it will begin a system scan and report multiple infections and refuse to remove the infection unless the user buys a license of the software. These system scans are fake, the reported malware is false, used as a scare tactic to frighten people into thinking their system is infected in hopes they will fall for the scam and buy the software. SecureKeeper will also display continuous security warnings and system alerts stating the PC is infected or unprotected and recommends buying SecureKeeper. Again these system warnings and system alerts are all fake used to frighten people into buying the software.

If your PC is infected with SecureKeeper, click here to remove the rogue antispyware with VIPRE. VIPRE will detect and remove SecureKeeper from infected computers.

Made by the same jerks who created countless other rogue antispyware software including SystemWarrior, SystemFighter and other titles that have been infecting countless computers recent weeks. In previous blog posts I have complained about the authors of these rogues never changing up the look and fell of their corrupt software, well maybe they have been reading the blog, because AnitAID has a fresh new look and feel. Frankly, it's about damn time!

If your PC has been infected with AntiAid, you may notice your PC going slower, this is a symptom of the AntiAID infection along with other symptoms including;

non-stop warnings stating your PC is infected or not protected
system file scans that report numerous supposed infections
web browser redirecting to malicious websites
applications not opening or shutting down

All the above tactics are used to frighten people into thinking their PC is infected in hopes they will purchase AntiAID to resolve the issues. Unfortunately AntiAID is the infection, the system scan results and pop-up warnings are all fake.

SystemWarrior uses the above tactics to trick people into believing their system is seriously infected in hopes they will purchase a license of the software in an attempt to clean their machines. Unfortunately once SystemWarrior is purchased, the program will not remove infections, prevent future infections or stop the annoying security alerts. SystemWarrior is an infection in itself and should be removed from infected PC's immediately.
