Spyblocs.eBlocs

Spyblocs eBlocs is an anti-spyware program that scans for spyware and adware on the user's computer. Created by Eblocs or the Network Dynamics Corporation in 2005, Spyblocs is actually rogue antispyware.

A Rogue Security Program is software that purports to scan and detect malware or other problems on the computer, but which attempts to dupe or badger users into purchasing the program by presenting the user with intrusive, deceptive warnings and/or false, misleading scan results. Rogue Security Programs use aggressive, deceptive advertising and may be installed without adequate notice and consent, through exploits.

Spyblocs eBlocs is known for deceptive and aggressive advertising, including pop-ups and spam. The free scan produces false positives that work as scare tactics to get users to purchase the program.

If you have SpyBlocs eBlocs on your computer we strongly recommend removing it immediately.
