XPSecurityCenter

XPSecurityCenter is a rogue antispyware program made to look like a legitimate security software. XPSecurityCenter is a scam that uses fake security warnings to trick people into paying $44.95 for the useless software. Don't be ripped-off by the XPSecurityCenter scam, avoid this corrupt software.

XP Security Center installs itself with the help of a Trojan called Zlob on unsuspecting users PC's. Once a computer is infected with XPSecurity Center, Zlob will issue a huge amount of popups and fake security warning messages to "inform" the user about fictional or nonexistent spyware infections. XP Security Center will also display a system scan report with a list of scan results that are completely bogus.

XP Security Center is related to another nasty rogue antispyware, IEDefender. Both XPSecurityCenter and IEDefender can be removed from infected computers with VIPRE.

IE-Security

IE-Security is a rogue antispyware software created by the same jerks who made IEDefender and Win Defender 2009.

IE-Security's sole purpose is to rip people off using scare tactics to frighten them into buying the corrupt and worthless software. IE-Security is a potentially dangerous software that makes its way from computer to computer via trojans that exploit security holes on the internet. When installed on a system IE-Security will continually display false security warnings in an attempt to trick people into buying the full version of the software.

IE-Security should be removed form infected PC's immediately. VIPRE Antivirus can remove IE-Security, click here to remove this PC parasite now.

IEDefender

IEDefender is a phony anti-spyware software that should be avoided. Infected PC's should have this parasite removed immediately. Do not buy IEDefender software, it is a complete SCAM!

IEDefender will continually pop-up exaggerated security alerts to try and trick people into buying the software. IEDefender also acts as a browser helper object that may hijack your searches on major search engines, and gives popup alerts that the computer is infected. Here is an example of a pop-up warming from IEDefender:

“Google Alert!
Your computer is infected! Some of your search results were changed by spyware. You have to clean your pc and we recommend to use our ANTISPYWARE!”

IEDefender usually downloads itself on PC's through Trojans and internet browser security loopholes. If your computer is infected with IEDefender you should remove it asap. Removeing IEDefender can be difficult as it will try to reinstall itself. We recommend using a legit antivirus or antispyware software to remove this PC parasite.
