Doctor Cleaner

Doctor Cleaner is a rogue antispyware software and should not be purchased. Doctor Cleaner is a program that pretends to scan for system and registry errors, but will not perform removals unless the user purchases the program.

Doctor Cleaner is marketed through aggressive messenger spam that displays pop-up warnings on the desktop and directs users to fixwin32.com. In testing Doctor Cleaner's scan reported a large number of registry problems that were not actually present on the machine.

Computers infected with Doctor Cleaner should have the program removed immediately. We recommend using VIPRE's free 15-day trial to remove any rogue antispyware including Doctor Cleaner.
