RegistryCleaner32

RegistryCleaner32 is a fake security software, or rogue antispyware software that tricks people into thinking it will scan and fix alleged registry errors. The registry errors RegistrCleaner32 reports are false and a tactic used to frighten people with false security warnings.

Registry Cleaner advertises itself through the Windows messenger service. These messenger service pop-ups inform the user that their registry needs to be repaired, even if it does not in an attempt to get people to buy the full version of the software.
