Virus Alarm

Virus Alarm is a phony antispyware software, or a rogue antispyware. Virus Alarm is designed to scam people out of their money with misleading advertising and PC threat alerts. Do not trust this corrupt software, do not buy Virus Alarm and remove it from infected computers.

Virus Alarm makes it's way from PC to PC via misleading banners and pop-up windows on various websites across the internet. These banners pretend to be free online scanners, suggesting to perform system scan, which will without a doubt report that the PC is infected and suggests the user should download Virus Alarm.

Once VirusAlarm is installed on a computer it performs a fake system scan and reports false results claiming the computer is infected with spyware or malware. Virus Alarm will also try to frighten the user with false warnings that the PC is in great danger because the system security has been compromised. These false warnings and system scans are intended to frighten people into thinking their PC is badly infected and they need to buy Virus Alarm in an attempt to clean the machine.

Virus Alarm is completely worthless, once purchased, the software does not prevent future infections, it does not clean anything from the PC and it is a parasite in itself.

If your computer has Virus Alarm installed, you should remove it immediately. VIPRE can remove Virus Alarm. Click here to remove Virus Alarm with VIPRE Antivirus + Antispyware.
